Henry and His Tartan Teddy
Today, the 6th of April, is National Tartan Day in countries like Argentina, Canada, Scotland, and the United States. In Australia and New Zealand, National Tartan Day is on 1st July.
So, for today's story for National Tartan Day, we go to Scotland. It's a day of heritage, of hearts, and of where we've come from.
Henry is glad of his heritage, glad of his namesake, the Bunyip Scot baker Henry McSwane Rodger, and glad to be a bit Scottish too.
Henry sat with his tartan teddy, both with a cup of tea. We are glad our ancestors came here from Scotland. It's a long way to travel…We are glad to be a wee bit Scottish. And with that, Henry took a sip of tea.Tartan teddy thought about that, he was just glad to be out of the suitcase again
Happy National Tartan day 🏴♥️ #lovealwayshenry
